FLASHBACK FRIDAY - THE KIDS' BIRTHDAY PARTY

This post takes me all the way back to two weeks ago. :P
I have been a very bad blogger lately and have fallen behind on my events.
My kids birthdays are nine days apart so we always have a party for both of them together then they each get to chose something special to do on their actual birthday. In years past they have been very spoiled. They have gotten a GIANT friend party where they could each invite as many people as they want, then a family and friends BBQ at our house, then a special choice on their birthday day. This year we decided to cut out their friend party because it was just too much. We decided to have a BBQ instead, but put it together last minute. So I am pretty sure that I was a lame ass and forgot to invite someone. If it's you. I am so sorry. Please forgive this flaky mom. :)

Here are the rugrats getting ready to open presents.
(By the way... these are probably way out of order, but at least I'm posting today.) Daisy and her BFF/Cousin Addi.

Gabe and Briston and Batman. :)

Daisy and Connor. She just loves this little guy!

Daisy and her Krissel. :)

Of course someone I know just had to give the kiddos silly string!
Yeah, you know who you are.... :)

But they got Rob with it so it was all good!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIDDOS!! MAMA LOVES YOU!!

BIG BOY!!!

One of our goals this Spring Break was to teach my 6 year old to ride his two wheeler.

He has never had much interest in it but a few weeks ago we went to a bbq at a friends house and both of their boys were riding like pros doing jumps and tricks, so of course Gabe just had to learn ASAP.

Most of Friday looked alot like this......

And this........ LOL :) Luckily noone was hurt.

But by Saturday the kiddos were racing!

I have always been a bit of a worry wart so if I have any new gray hair it's from this little man! Not quite in complete control of his bike yet he still feels he needs to go as fast as he can! I have had at least 20 mini heart attacks this weekend! He has taken years off of my life I am sure of it!! Rob has told me that I am no longer allowed to stand outside and watch him ride up and down the street, because I will start cutting into our retirement, golfing, traveling years!
